WAMEGO, KS - WTC Communications, Inc. has announced that testing has been completed on a new rate of Internet connection speed that will replace the current 64k with a faster 128k download speed. The new speed will be offered at the same price of $23.95 per month. Customers will not need to do anything with their equipment to get connected at the new speed. All download and upload speeds for this service will be at the new 128k rate effective immediately.

"Doubling the upload and download speeds for our customers from 64k to 128k is a good way for WTC to increase the value of our least expensive High Speed Internet connection without raising the price", said Steve Sackrider, general manager of the company. The company also offers six other Internet connection speeds which are faster than the new 128k High Speed Internet Service. Those speeds range from 384k up to a 15.0mb download connection speed.
